More help is on the way for Cook County residents who were impacted by flooding early last month. Four FEMA disaster recovery centers are set to open soon. The facilities will be located at Washington Square Mall at 4851 West North Avenue, Columbus Square Fieldhouse at 500 South Central, Morton College in Cicero, and Berwyn Gove Avenue parking garage. The goal of the centers is to kick-start the recovery efforts.
